• Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $200. Delivery within 5–7 business days.
• Standard Shipping — $9.95 flat rate for orders under $200. Delivery within 5–7 business days.
• Express Shipping — $19.95. Delivery within 2–3 business days.
• Custom Orders — Bespoke and made-to-measure items require 4–6 weeks for production, followed by standard shipping times.

Returns

• Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn condition with all original tags attached.
• Custom-made garments are not eligible for return but include complimentary alterations to ensure a perfect fit.
• To initiate a return, contact our customer care team at madison@mysuitny.com.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

We offer free exchanges on all ready-to-wear items. Visit any of our showroom locations or contact us to arrange an exchange.
